On Wednesday, Mar. 14, students walked out of class and met at the school’s flag pole from 10:00 a.m. to 10:17 a.m. to pay their respects to the 17 lives lost at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School one month ago. During the 17 minutes, students also protested to Congress to implement gun control policies. The protest was organized by senior Macey Moyer.
