Pot use for People on Probation Bill Faces Senate

Colorado has allowed the use of medical marijuana for civilians for over 15 years. However, people on probation or parole have been charged with violating their parole or probation if they were found using medical marijuana.

That may be changing soon, as the Colorado senate starts work today on a bill that would allow people on probation or parole to use medical marijuana.

The bill has already passed the Colorado House of Representatives.

The bill can be found here.
