Mountain Vista’s GSA (Gender Sexuality Alliance) will be hosting Pride Week from April 11th to the 15th.

MONDAY 4/11:

Pajama Day- get comfortable in your PJ’s.

Showing of “Geography Club” at 3:30 after school in U413.

Pride bracelets will be sold during lunches for $1.

Baseball vs. Cherokee Trail at Mountain Vista baseball fields at 4:15.

TUESDAY 4/12:

No H8 Day- Wear white to show support for No H8 ‘s anti-bullying campaign (http://www.noh8campaign.com/).

No H8 face paint will be done during lunches.

WEDNESDAY 4/13:

Rainbow Day- Wear tie dye and all colors of the rainbow.

Girls Soccer vs. Dakota Ridge at Mountain Vista turf at 4:30.

Bake Sale during lunches.

THURSDAY 4/14:

Vista Pride Day- Wear green to show your Vista Pride.

Bake Sale during lunches.

FRIDAY 4/15:

Day of Silence- Wear Black (Day of Silence  is when supporting students stay silent for one day to show support for GLSEN’s anti-bullying campaign (http://www.dayofsilence.org/).  Sticker/Participation sign up in the morning in U413 where you will receive a sticker and an information sheet for teachers.  This does not exempt you from presentations in class.)

Lacrosse vs. Rock Canyon at 7pm at Shea stadium.
