The no. 3 ranked womens varsity soccer team took down Grand Junction in the first round of the 5A Colorado soccer playoffs.
Vista held the lead throughout the entirety of the game and never let Grand Junction score.
Mercy rule was called when the score reached 10-0 with just over 18 minutes left in the second half of the game.
The team will move on to play no. 14 ranked Pine Creek on May 12.
