May 2nd is the last date for seniors to turn in their community service forms.
In order to graduate, every senior needs 20 hours of community service. All hours must be documented on a DCSD Community Service Form along with the Student Reflection.
All hours that are documented, will be noted on a student’s transcript.
Please turn both DCSD Community Service forms into Mrs. Reed in the copy room by May 2.
