Mountain Vista varsity wrestling hosted its first home match of the season. The match against Regis Jesuit ended with a 33-33 tie, however, after doing a head to head through CHSAA, Vista was able to pull through with a win. It was a hard fought match between the wrestlers before their tournament in Fort Collins later in the week. “Since this match we have been trying to raise the physicality and competitiveness in the room which will prepare us for the Fort Collins tournament,” senior captain Roger Meyer said. “The toughest part against Regis was that we needed to get pins for more team points since we were giving up some forfeits.”
