The mens varsity basketball team took on Grandview High School in the Sweet Sixteen round of the Colorado 5A state tournament on Wednesday, March 1.
Vista got off to a slow start and wasn’t able to pull ahead of Grandview for the entirety of the game.
Despite the best efforts of the Golden Eagles, Vista lost, 54-40, and will not continue in the state tournament.
